Well today three 1in cardnal teteras and one 1in neo tetera went missing. There are no remains to be found anywhere so they must have been eaten in one gulp. The suspects are... 2 1/2in Archerfish and 2 3/4 Gold Mono a.k.a. fingerfish. Do you think one or the other is gulty? Both readly accept flakes.

Monos and archers do ok in the normal tap water because most LFS have them acclimated to it.  But as JWright stated,  they will thrive much better in brackish water given that it is their natural habitat.

I understand that they would like brackish but I can't do that at this time. They both seen to do really well in the tank their in now. The archer was the size of an almond when I first bought it in march and my mono has almost doubled in size. There colors are really crip and clean looking and their general looks seem to be great.
