Discus constipated

I have a discus that i believe is constipated has a round lump by his anus. i've been using epsom salt 1tbsp per 10gals. in my 55g. daily for the first three days and then every other day since last monday. lump is still the same size and his feces is still white. any ideas anyone? temp of tamk is also 84 degrees if that matters. all the discus eats is bloodworms and cichlid flakes cant get it to eat any peas.

did you try a thin shred of butterhead lettuce?? the fish cant digest it fully but the left over matter after digestion helps push the faeces out i had a similar problem with my female red juwel and this solved it onlyy the faeces on my jewel was greyish
