discus ich! help!!!

help! my discus has ich! how should i treat it? water changes or medicine? please help!!

thank you OC. that was helpful. will do that. they are tank bred so they are kept at 80 degrees.
can i ask you a question on discus?

I've not heard of ich and discus, since discus are normally kept at 84ish, which usually kills ich.
