Well the basic design is good. From the drain lines I'm going to guess it's a herbie "style" overflow. One as a throttled back siphon, one as a vented stand pipe (unfortunately better known as a "Durso"... It had been around YEARS before he "invented" it...) and one as a failsafe incase one of the others gets clogged. Good system, just requires 3 holes drilled in your tank.

Oh, I'm guessing it's a mistake but just incase. The last baffle right beside the pump needs to be all the way to the bottom of the tank. Otherwise the sand and such from the fuge area will get into the pump. Also some egg crate of something similar at the top of that baffle will keep the Macro from going over the top. Now that I think about it... Switch the two baffle groups. But the triple next to the pump and have the single by the overflow.

Thanks for the feedback, so put the single baffle all to the bottom and put it by the return? Then move the bubble trap baffles by the return? Thanks in advance, Luckily I havent built it yet I dropped my tank off to get drilled today I got the overflow plan from BeanAnimal on the reefcentral forum had a lot of good feedback on that setup so I hope it works for me as long as i dont screw it up*twirlysmi lol

Yeah I know exactly which one you're refering to, the BeanAnimal drain looks a lot "safer" than the Herbie.

And yes, you want the bubble baffle near the return. That way all the large/medium bubbles from the return have farther to go and more chance to break on the surface. Then the baffles just have to handle the small/micro bubbles. Also one quick thing... How big is your return pump going to be? That affects how the baffles work. If the flow is too fast for the spacing microbubbles will just get pulled through them.
