Does anyoe use Tetra Easy Balance?

Does anyone use Tetra Easy Balance? This stuff is yellowish in color and when I put it in my tank it turns the water that color. It's very unsightly. Does the coloring eventually go away? If it doesn't , I don't think I'll use it anymore.
I don't know how they can expect anyone to use this stuff if it's going to make the water nasty looking.
For anyone that doesn't know, Easy Balance is one of those products that keeps the water biologically and chemically balanced in between water changes.

I personally don't like adding stuff that makes the claims that this product does. A healthy tank with regular water changes shouldn't need anything to keep it "balanced."

I've never found any of this "balance" stuff to be anything other than snake oil. It claims to keep good nitrifying bacteria supported, but how can it do that unless it's refrigerated and has a very clear shelf life?

Thanks for your comments. I don't think I'll be using it anymore. It's a good thing I only bought a small bottle.

I agree with Lotus....water changes, proper cleaning of equipment, (no chlorine) not overfeeding, not overstocking, etc are all that's needed to keep everything in check.

I got a free sample 250ml bottle of that with some Aquasafe I bought once.Never have used it.Didn't think it was yellow,it looks kinda clear in the bottle.Maybe I'll just leave it in the cupboard now.There is nothing that a good waterchange can't cure.

I got one bottle in petco and I am using this in my new aquarium set up. I started with small danios and they do all the dirty job but I do not see any improvement using this Easy Balance.
