Dogface Puffer fish Question

Ive been considering a salt water tank and i was wondering if its okay to have 2 or more dogfaced pufferfish.

I dont have any experence with salt water, but i do have exp. with puffers.

Depends on what else you think you'd like. You're going to need a big, big tank for two of them.

Well, since they grow over a foot long and can have a pretty nasty temperament I would get them in at least a 125, with heavy filtration(NEED PROTEIN SKIMMER)and some live rock. Tank mates should be the same size or bigger then the puffer so it can hold its own.

I cannot imagine 2 dogfaces in a 125. Far, far too small

They only get about 13-14inches long...with proper filtration and water quality two should do fine in a 125. In a matter of fact Bob Fenner suggests a max length of 8 inches maybe 9 in captivity.
