drift wood

I recently found some drift wood at the beach and would love to put it in my tank. I know i probably cant, but if i clean it could it work?

You could boil the driftwood first to make sure you get anything bad out of it.

I purchased a little chunk of mopani wood for my 10gal last week. I had to boil the heck out of it to get as much of the tea color out of it as possible. 10gal still looks a little tea water like and I did a 50% WC on it yesterday.

if the wood is to big to put in a pot or anything like that u can dry it, boil water and pour it on the wood to kill anything that may be dormant. and also scrub it.
