driftwood.

does anyone have any pics of driftwood? i need to see what it looks like for when i buy some from my LFS for my bristlenoses.

Im not good with indentifying wood, but if you buy it from the LFS it will most definatly be driftwood or some other type of aquarium safe wood

and are driftwood and bogwood the same thing????

I would say bogwood is best.It's heavy and sinks easy and doesn't break up so easily.It's bits of dead roots that can be years and years old.I believe the piece I have is called Mopani wood.

It usually comes pre-sandblasted but soak it well for a couple of days atleast changing the water twice daily before you put it in the tank.
