Droopy Tail Fin

I have a Harlequin that has had a droopy tail fin for a little while now. It's buddy doesn't have the problem at all, neither do any of the other fish in the tank. When it swims, everything looks fine, but when it stops for a second, it's tail starts to droop. Any thoughts? Thanks!!

No... we've had it for about 8 months, and started noticing the droopy tail about a month or so ago.

Unless he is behaving oddly or you see visible injury, I wouldn't be worried about it. Just keep an eye on him and see if anyone is harassing him.
