dwaf puffer question

i had 2 dwarf puffers and got another one yesterday after returning some danios now i noticed when i got home this new guy has something hanging off his chin. it almost looks like part of his body but the other 2 dont have it at first i thought it was whiskers but there is only one and the other guys dont got them any ideas?

It sounds like it could be a piece of skin from an injury. They don't normally have anything hanging off their chin. Keep an eye on it in case of infection. It was most likely caused by agression in the store or poor handling.
