easiest test kits to read

I have Aquarium Pharmaceuticals test kits for everything I need to test. Thing is, it's kinda hard to tell the difference between the colors on them. Is there anything easier to read? Thanks.

Mr Bungle I use the Freshwater Master Test Kit and it's hard to tell the difference between the colors, as well. I just try to use really good lighting and use my best judgement.

I have the same test kit as USA. It can be hard to tell the colors aprt but if in doubt I will go with the higher number.

They do for things like PH, KH, and GH

Yeah, I know Drs Foster & Smith sells the digital ones for those categories, but of course not for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate (so far).

It makes a big difference if you view the tests in daylight. Try it, and see if it helps you any.

Are you putting the test vial against the white on the card? I do that and that is what i go by my friend came over and said to hold it up to the light but I rebuffed him because I think you are suppose to read it when it is against the white area of the card.

I hold mine against a peice of white posterboard in bright light. When in doubt I go with the higher number.

It won't be long till we have digital testing for everything, the way things are going these days.
