Well, most of the eggs will probably get eaten by the other tiger barbs. I'm not sure if they are egg-scatters or if they lay them on some sort of nest, but they don't defend them. All my books say that breeding tiger-barbs can be difficult, so I would double check to see if those fish are pregnate, or if perhaps they are bloated with some type of disease.
