Well,
I noticed my female krib was staying around "their" rock alot tonight so I got up and grabbed the flashlight to look under it and sure enough..There are eggs... lots of them...all over the top of the underside of the rock. I wanted to get a pic of them, but it is too dark under there and I cant dl the pics to my computer. This is the first time I have had eggs, I have always had live babies in my tank. I am looking forward to seeing what will happen, if anything. I did notice that the eggs were kind of light brown, is that good or bad.. I have always heard that white eggs were bad. Hopefully they will survive. Is there anything that I need to know about them?

TIA,
Ladymaiden

From what you've described, the eggs appear to be fertile.
A well-bonded pair of kribs will make for excellent parents, and there is very little you will need to do for the time being. Just keep an eye out on the pair to make sure one parent isn't beating on the other. Given your stocklist, I think that any aggression will be dispersed enough so as to not result in any one fish being singled out and picked on excessively. Again, the best bet is to just keep a watchful eye and report back on any major developments!*thumbsups

Well, I came in from town today to find my kribs no longer guarding the rock where she had laid her eggs, so I got the flashlight and you guessed it.... the eggs were gone. It looks like they were eaten.. Oh well, maybe next time. Being that this was the first time, I kind of expected it. We will see what happens in the future.
