hey guys i havent been around for a few days but a lot has happned. well its sad but i disabled my 300. i also picked up a eletric catfish is this fish going to kill my african knifefish i know they do not have eletrical waves(akf) but becasue they are scaleless will he attack and kill the poor knife. i will try to post a pic but now the browse button is gone so i got crap to work on.

As a short sighted mean predatory catfish I'd say yes, there's a fair chance he'll have a go if he thinks there's a chance of success.

I don't get this anymore - people keep buying these various big mouthed predatory catfish, and then can't figure why all there nice fish disappear?

Also follow the link to catfish of the month. What does it say, 90 centimetre long glutton, feeds on live fish......

Also they DO generate electrical charges to kill their prey so keep your hands out of the tank. I assume yours is pretty little?
