Well, you could try a couple of things to 'kill' them off. Add lots and lots of ammonia, lower the ph to around 3-4, the lots and lots of C02 or massive water changes. Each will have a negative 'side effect' however. Lots and lots of ammonia, too much will harm plants. Lowing ph and lots of c02 will harm your bio. There might be some chemicals to remove them but since you do have plants, do not try it even if it says its plant safe. Maybe if your lucky, there is a fish the loves fleas!  *thumbsupsmiley*

Daphnia is a wonderful wonderful wonderful food to feed to fish. I used to work in a reseach lab that used Daphnia to test for waste water toxicity, and dude, those buggers just are strong little critters.  Survive water I certainly wouldn't drink.

Bigger fish will munch on Daphnia, it is a wonderful alternate food source. Little neons and such might have difficulty with larger fleas.  There is no quick-method way to get rid of them as I know of. So long as they aren't taking over the tank, I'd say leave them.

Hmm.....thanks colosea, yeah I'm thinking about leave them alone and after my fishless cycling is done I will have my fishes eat them huahhaha..anyhoo..
the fleas are all over the place, range from very soft dust size to a HUGE dot size. I'm not sure what kind of fleas is this tough, but that I want to know, is this little thing will have a big negative effect in fishless cycling????? arrrrghh why is this happened to me....  :(
