I have a 39-gallon that is sort of overstocked. I have an Emperor filter with a biowheel. Is that enough for the 39-gallon? I didn't buy it new, so I don't know what the specs are on it, but I know that when I set it up it cleared the water almost instantly.. It's got a nice water flow rate.
