Ever try OmegaOne

I just bought a can the other day. Wanted to give Pinky more variety so I got the OmegaOne Betta Flakes they have alot of good food in them. I crumbled a couple and plopped them in and Mr Lee munched happily. And Pinky is fussy. Once I bought some freezedried bloodworms vitiamized and he spitted it out and looked at me like to say yeah right not in this lifetime So I returned it and got some plain freeze dried ones and he was happy. So when he ate the flakes I was quite shocked and happy at the same time.

I've only ever tried their freeze dried shrimp, my gouramis and danios love them, although the betta attepmts to attck them.

I use OmegaOne as my standard fish food. For bettas I'm still on my first can of HBH. I don't recall offhand, but I think I decided I was going to stay with HBH for bettas for one reason or another. But OmegaOne is, ingredient-wise, in my opinion the best fish food out there.

Here's a little tidbit though - If you want HBH just buy the PetSmart Top Fin brand of betta bites. It's the HBH under a different brand name and a bit cheaper.

Pinky gets some Bio Gold & a crumbled Omega Flake daily. Then Daphina and Blood worms once a week. He is not spoiled right
