Most people use the computer fans right? Well i was looking for them and was wondering how people transfered the powercord to a regular wall plug in? Any ideas or links i looked over some places but found nothing

i used and old pentium 1 power supply

dont u have to get one of thos AC adapters? u cant just plug it in to any old wall plug its going to fry it.

Use transformers from cordless phones, hair clippers, etc.
The transformers will knock down the 110V to 12V or whatever your fan requires.

wow $11 is good, i've only seen fans for like 28 bucks...i gotta do more searching

PC fans r like the cheapest right? i want to install one on a light hood.

iv seen some table fans at wal-mart for less then $10

yup cheaper...but no ac adapter included..for around 10$ you could have a little fan + adapter ..but the coralife is quiet, a little bigger and waterproof.
Unless you can have the fan for free, it's pretty much the same price, dependind on where you live.

It also has the plug-and-play factor going for it, if you're unsure of electrical stuff.
