I started my Bluegill on live Blood worms. Then I tried various dried foods for Cichlids etc. and they would not eat it. I suppose I could have starved the suckers but I like them too much. They seem to be getting tame. They don't move away when I vacuum and go right for my fingers whenever I do anything in the tank.

I then started them on frozen Blood worms and they like them also. Then I tried frozen Brine Shrimp. They eat it and then spit it out. All of them. They just don't seem to like it, although the Sculpin do.

Are they spoiled or is that just the way they are? Any suggestions on anything else these pampered fish might like?

Been feeding them crickets for a while now. Lots of fun. They often splash water out of the tank going after them.

Also, if an occasional gnat lands on my arm, in the tank it goes.

I guess I'm just looking for a wider variety of chow for these critters.
