Feeding Fish Insects

What if any kind of insects/spiders/ants can i feed my fish (SEE BELOW) I tried a nymph today and one of my zebra danio's hurridly gobbled the whole thing up.

Is it safe for them, ants/nymphys stuff like that little spiders, or should I stick to flake and brine etc........

Cuz i know where to get craploads of ants, as I am sure many people do.

All help/comments greatly appreciated.

Hehe! Live food! In the wild it would be considered natural. I dont think its a problem however you should be aware that insects can be suffering or carriers of disease. Not saying that they are, but possibly!

Btw, I have fed my fish insects also watching them tear them apart with vigor!

i sometimes feed my fish crickets. they love it! and i heard its good for them too!
