feeding my fish

so i used to have fish when i was younger...but my mom took care of them...i've been noticing that you're supposed to alternate food with fish? i've got TetraMin tropical flakes...that's the only food i bought...but from the list of my fish, what food should i get, how often should i feed them, and how often should i alternate their food?

i have:

5 ghost shrimp
2 snails
1 female swordtail
1 male guppie
1 clown loach
1 pink tetra
2 platies (one yellow, one black)

Sinking wafers for the loaches. Algae wafers for guppies, ghost shrimp and snails. Bloodworms and shrimp brine for all. Tubiflex worms too. I think that covers it. I feed 1-2 times a day for flake. The treats are 2-3 times a week. The wafers i drop in every other day or so. Sometimes i just give flakes in the morn then shrimp or whatever at night.
