I just read something on another site, that made me wonder if perhaps I am starving my fish. I have pretty small cichlids, 1 to 2 inches on severums, jurupari, balzanii should I be feeding them more than twice a day, if so for how long
they could get by being fed once, feeding 2 or 3 times a day is what i like doing, my fish are 7 and 8 inches and they get feed around 3 times a day and i go threw about 50 med. hakari gold pellets a day
Well really depends. I feed my African once a day and my Discus 2 times a day.
How fast do you wan them to grow and how many W/Cs are you gonna do? If you will keep up the W/Cs (a little more often) and want your fish to grow more then feed them more.
Thanks for the opinions guys, much appreciated, I think I will stick with twice a day for now. Don't want them to grow too fast, can't afford another tank till this summer lol. Thanks again
