What would be considered a small, medium and heavy bioload when doing a fishless cycle?

would it be something like this:

Small Bioload = 0-1 PPM of NH4
Medium Bioload = 1-2 PPM of NH4
Heavy Bioload = 2-4 PPM of NH4

I'm just trying to figure out what the tank will be prepared to handle in terms of actual fish bioload, once the cycle is complete.

thats what i was planning on..... its weird though, I had a reall strong colony going and it seems like some of them died off.... I cant seem to get the tank to cycle more than 1.5-2ppm of NH4 a day......

i spiked it yesterday, so i'll see how it is this afternoon.....

nitrites are cycling just fine though......

http://www.mindspring.com/~reed/fishless.html

that link is about fishless cycling, just past the "Conventional Cycling" part. the author is Don Reed, he explains everything he did with his 29 gallon freshwater tank... unfortunately he had to move onto a 55 gallon tank because the 29 gal. sprung a leak. i thought it was very helpful and i hope to start my 33 gallon long tank for my betta splendens as soon as i make my stand for it.

hope this helps.
