Filstar XP2 question

I am new to aquariums. I recently purchased a top fin 44 gallon pentagon corner tank. The Proquatic 60 power filter that came with the tank is really... well... bad!!! I am looking at replacing the filter.

There is only a 10" opening along the back for a filter. That isn't much room for a HOB. Because of this, I am looking at a canister filter. I like the Filstar xp2.

What comes with this filter? Will I need additional tubing? What filters come with it? I have 8 cichlids that range in size from 2"-4". I plant on adding some more. There are no real plants in the tank.

i have the xp3. like RedTurquoise said, got all the necessary stuff, including the coarse/fine filter, but you need to buy your own media though.
i also have eheim 2026, which is a better built than the xp3 and runs very quieter, A LOT QUIETER than the xp3!

I bought the Fluval 304 instead. The price was right. I installed it. After 2 days the water is crystal clear and has no bad oders. I'd almost drink it!

The chemistry is out of whack because of the lack of bacteria. I used some of the old floss in the biomax so I expect things to get better soon. In the mean time I'm doing water changes.
