I purchased a new Top Fin 10 power filter for my 10 gallon fish tank. I still have my old filter (in the tank with a sponge in it) in the tank since it is cycling- The old one was not powerful enough- Anyhow, now there is a frothy bubble layer on top of the tank now- It almost looks soapy- but it isn't- Is that normal? Is it OK?
