Filter ???

I was just wondering...I have a hi and low setting on my filter on my 29 gal. Which would be better to use with the fish that I have (listed below)? Right now it is on low. I am geussing that the setting has something to do with the water movement/current. Am I right?

what kind of filter is it? the more filtration the better unless its like a super overkill of filtration like a sump filter on a 20gallon or really really fast moving water so i would say leave it on high

It is just the one that came with the tank. It is a Whisper Power Filter 30. I am not too familiar with filters yet. So any info or help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
