There are a bunch of cures out there for fin rot. I had good luck with AP Anti-Fungus when it was a stubborn case of fin rot, with no other symptoms. I have also used Jungle Fungus Cure tablets sucessfully.
Why does everything say to treat fin rot with anti-fungal meds but the websites disease database says that it's bacterial? Which way is the best way to treat it??
it may be started by a bacterial infection - but then a fungal one will attach to the open wound - so treating both (with one combi-med) it's better for the fish
