Firemouths

Ok so it was a no-go for the convicts in the tank with my Severum, how about a pair of firemouths? I read they are much calmer then the convicts...I just basically want some breeding activity in that tank right now!

Yeah, you could try the firemouths, though I've never bred them so I don't know how aggressive they get. But generally yes, they're calmer.

Awesome, I'll give them a try. Besides, if they get to be super agressive...that'll give me an excuse to set up my empty 20gal
