first time breeding convicts

NE1 have any helpful tips on breeding convicts and what to do with the fry.
I only want to keep about 20 of them but I don't want to kill the rest.

Breeding convicts: take one of each sex and add water (or any other viable fluid)

Keeping only 20 w/o you or someone else killing them is going to be the hard part......
