several of my cichlids have started a new thing, they stay in one place and act like they are swiming up current, only there is no current where they are at,, they just sit and wiggle going nowhere, and then later they may do a little scrap on their side on the bottom of the gravel,, like they are scratchin,, ever seen antiks like this before?

humm weird thats what 1 of my lemmon tetras does. Their is also no current but still acting like he is going somewhere. Btw its only him and no other fish do it :/

Is this normal like people tread water?

they have the shimmies! (They're COLD!) glancing off of rocks and stuff is a sign of some illness... check the disease database to identify it!

mine used to do this there are many things that cause can cause it, it can be an early sign of Ich, id start treating now and see what happens, i use quick cure, it could be skin flukes, check to see if theirs an electric current in your tank, id go ahead and treat for ich first its most likely it

well awoke this morning to find a dead fish,and it wasnt one of the ones acting funny, and another one that isnt swimming to swift,, the others were picking at him,, seperated the sick one,, put the ick in,, now how long before i know if this is it ?
