fish compatability

hey im going to buy some new fish this weekend and i just had a little question.rite now i have a yellow tang and a clarkii clownfish. i was wondering if i could put a blue tang and a scopas tang. i heard not to put the same looking fish in there but the only thing similiar is their shape so please help me.

I would highly recommend against putting 3 tangs in your tank, especially one as small as yours. Tangs are generally aggresive toward other tangs and a 55 gallon tank wont give them the necessary room they need to remain happy and peaceful.

Even a yellow tang alone is pushing the limits with a 55g. They need a long footprint tank for swimming room.
