Well I had this 20 gallon AGA picked out that I wanted to purchase but I had to wait on it a while since I'm traveling a lot this summer. But them my mom protested saying "Katie, a 20 gallon aquarium is SO BIG!"  (har har who is she kidding? 20 gallon is TINY) so now i think i'm going to be stuck with a 10-12 gallon aquarium. Which narrows my choices for fish down a lot. Does anyone have sum good fish that will be happy in a 10 gallon tank?? Thanks *twirlysmiley*

If you wanna go brackish grab a few puffers and throw them in there. You can put some molly's wit them too.

If you want to plant it go with all sorts of Tetra's. Danio's work well in planted tanks too. You can get school of corys too.

Dawrf Cichilds would be happy in it, if you limit  the space.

Try some Kribs, get a male and female you'll love them! and you'll get lots of little ones.

You can also go with the obvious choices such as... Platty's, Guppy's, Swordtails, a Betta, Barbs..... ect ect.. But Kribs are fun and very affordable.  *thumbsupsmiley*

They are not hard at all to find, you might find them at Petsmart... under "Assorted Cichlids" or "Large Africans" ... Petsmart usually alway's has males and females in their own tank. labled "Kribense" <== sp? ??? or "Kribs" your LFS should have them... if they don't they'll deffinatly be able to order them for you, they are by no means rare. I've even seen them in Walmart, when I was buying some supply's.  *twirlysmiley*
