Fish for a 55g?

Well, I"m just getting my 55 planted and won't be able to put fish in for awhile I was just wondering what you all would do if you had a extra 55g??

I do have 2 fish waiting for the spot to open up: a gold severum and a parrot fish, both babies only 2 or so inches long besides that its all open.

I will have variouse types of plants in the tank,and I normaly keep my tanks a about 80F.

OH me i would have the whole amazon theme with tetras, hatchets, cories, etc... or a discus tank!!!

for you i think mayeb you could do soem cichlids maybe convict cichlids? I don't really know much about the kind of fish you have!!

African rift lake cichlids, tanganyikan community, malawi peacocks/haps and victorian haps or malawi mbuna, africans have much more personality and color then any south american fish
