Fish Identification

I recently bough a tank that came with fish. You may have read my post in the beginner section...

Just wondering what kind of fish it is. I'm assuming its a Bala Shark from online picture, but the tail marking are slightly off. It may because this one looks sick. The bottom of its tail seems worn down, and its got one bad eye.

Here' a picture of my tank. What do yous think?

I can now understand why it gets that name. Its tail really does look like scissors closing.

and YES, it is a electric yellow cichlid! Or at least thats what I though it was, I'm known to be wrong

That cichlid may eventually eat any small fish in the tank when it gets bigger. That is if it isn't already full grown..hard to tell from the pic.
