fish like prawns !!!!!!!!

Hi,
is it safe that my fish like prawns, you know those ones that you have to defrost ? because i put a tiny big of it in and all the fish went bezerk for it !!! lol have i found a new food here or am i just having chuftees over nothing ? lol

Prawns for human consumption (like from the grocery store)? I think you found a new food for your fish. I would assume that prawns for human consumption are probably a lot better quality than the frozen food for fish (pet food industry normally gets the rejects from the human market). I should try some for my fish.

you can definitly feed prawn. my fish get some as a treat once and a while.

yep lol i bet maybe prawn might help females develop eggs, coz its a very meaty food with lots of protien in them

I used to use prawns when I was carp fishing as a kid! great bait they love em

Yep! My fish love it! It is best to give it to them uncooked because it's easier for them to digest it.
