Fish Only Tank

I'm setting up a 30 long to be a fish only tank. This is my second tank with the first being a 55gal reef. I want to limit the FO to one or two fish but I'm not sure what to get. We have a great LFS in Salem NH that has just about everything in stock. Any ideas?

Really the main reason any marine fish become suited for fish only tanks is cause they well eat coral...... the second reason is cause they get too big. Thus leaving you with limited choices, for stocking a 30 gal FO tank. except damsel fish and reef safe fish.

I would recommend an exotic pair of damsel fish, rather than get a fish that will soon outgrow that small tank. Get some rock and add some of the non reef safe inverts as well!!

Yeh that is probably the best ideas, most non reef safe fish are either ugly, or get to big for that tank.

Salem, NH, huh? What's the name of it? I'm just curious, because the fish stores here in the southern part of the state are somewhat lame.

What about a fuzzy lionfish? If I'd a thought about it in time, I would have done one of those instead of my darn failing planted tank!

Try a wrasse of your choice along with a pygmy angelfish or you
might want to try a large trigger alone.
