after i make my 10g FOWLR a success >.<
im going to get a 24-29g tank (maybe even a 55g)

any recommended combinations of fish, live rock, nails, or crabs? (maybe even reefs if i get good)

was planning to get an ultra porous like an igneous (if its safe to do so)
as base Live rock since i dont want to spend over $100 on rocks @.@

Well you shouldn't use igneous as stated previously in the other post. You need to get good base dead rock (which is really just live rock that has been allowed to dry out) which will still set you back a bit.......then you need to add good live rock to this to seed it with. You will probably need to spend almost that amount on rock. As to fish.....well again, depends what type of tank you are aiming for.....a reef community........could well be some nice wrasses, cardinals, firefish, blennies, gobies........sky's the limit. Just stay away from any tangs or larger fish that need room to swim......damnsels which are mean little beggars and don't go right out and buy a clown and an anemone...........as the anemone has specific requirements as do clams......etc.....start slow and go slow

you can get away with spending just $100 on rock on the 24 gallon but not the 29 or 55 ;)
