Fixing leaks

Is there a way to fix a leak on a tank? Putty or anything? All help welcome.

You can use silicone. Strange no body answered this before! Note while using the silicone the surface should be dry.

Basically, you would have to take everything out of the tank and re-seal the entire seam and leave it to dry for a few days.

If it's a 10g tank, it would probably be easier to get a new tank.

I totally agree with that. HAHA. A 10 gallon is really that cheap?

10 for 10 at most places, Ive seen em as low as 5 at a lfs.

HOWEVER if you really want to make it worth your while use this as en excuse to upgrade !!
