My whisper filter sucks. I'm in need of a new one, not to mention it is 5 years old
For a 10g planted tank, what brand and type would you prefer?

I'm looking into a bunch of reviews on various sites for the marineland 100 and it says that it is a perfect filter for almost every review. I am going to get it Thanks for the suggestions guys.

nuh-uh!!
In the aquaClear, you can CUSTOMIZE what you put in it, 3 slots!! Almost like a canister filter... NOTHING can beat that.

I have an AC 30 that I bought and used for a month then didnt need it any more. I will sell it to you for $28.50 that includes shipping. I have the Bio Max and a new sponge that is for a bigger AC but it can be trimmed down to fit. PM me if you want it.

you could also print out an online petsmart price of one, bring it to the store, and get an aquaclear price matched to the online price
