I have been looking at the Fluval vs Rena.
From what the chambers look like the:
Rena is much more straight forward with it's bottom up baskets.
The Fluval seems to be unnecessarily complicated in the design.

I have used neither, but would probably choose Rena because of this.

alright ( i was going to take the fluval anyways from the guy im getting the tank from...read other thread "is this a good deal?") but yeah i was just wondering if that alone would be enough filtration, but i still might just get another filter to go on the tank too, since i will be having cichlids...
