fluval 405 for a cichlid tank !!!

what does everyone think about the fluval 405? i just bought one and put it in my brand new 90 gallon cichlid tank, and was wondering if it was as good as everyone says it is. and how well will keep my tank clean and Oxygenated,
all comments are welcomed because i want my cichlids to be as happy as possible

well i dont know if this helps, but i have a fluval 304 on my 56gal mbuna tank, works great allthough i will be getting an additional HOB filter for extra flow because there is alot of dead spots and i want the extra filtration

My opinion is that you will need either two of those filters or something else to supplement the filtration. Your only turning over your water four times an hour or so with optimum flow with that set-up. you need to be closer to ten times an hour.
