Food aggression

I have two bolivian rams in a 10g tank (I will be moving them into a 30g) but until then, dominance over food is becoming a problem. The weaker one is constantly poked at by the dominant one, and I have only seen the dominant one eat. I don't want the weaker one to starve (belly is shrining a lot) so what can I do until the 30g tank has been set up?

I'm really starting to worry, so I'm trying to decide if I should move the fish into the still cloudy water today. Would it be bad to move them before the cloudiness from the gravel settles? The bacteria stuff I put in has also only been in for 24 hours. Would now be too early?

Id put up a tank divider in the 10gal for now. 1 ram on each side.
