I have a pleco, had him for about a year. I got him when I was new to aquariums, so I did what the LFS guy told me to and got him to keep algae under control in my tank. Well I only have a 35 gallon tank, and I now know that this is no where near big enough for him. He is maybe 8" long now. I really want to find someone with an approprially large tank. I can also give you all the algae disks I have. If you have any interestr let me know.
