Fresh Fish Food Help...

I have read in a lot of magazines and books, that it's good for your fish to finely dice some fresh seafood and feed it to the fish. My question is what kind of seafood?

Tuna/Salmon?
Crab/lobster?
some sort of mollusk?
any or all of the above?

All of the above, plus the rest. Plus nori dried seaweed. I'd likely leave out the tuna though and go more for shrimp and mollusks
