Okay Okay..this is all my fault but here is what happened. I was feeding my Fire Eel this morning. Whole shrimp that I usually cut up into small pieces and instead of cutting it up at the sink like I always do I was just going to pull it apart over the tank. Well I dropped 2 whole shrimp in the tank (tail and all) and before I could grab them my Eel ate it. She struggled with this task for several minutes, even spitting it out after swallowing it and then swallowing it again. She wriggled around turning her body in several directions I guess to get it down and now there is a large bulge in her stomach. I am worried that she ate too much. Also the ACF I have ate the other one and he is so fat that he floats. He struggles to stay at the bottom. He looks quite uncomfortable. I guess what I want to know is did they eat themselves to death this morning?
