fungus trouble

my 2 year old platy developed cottony leasions onits body two weeks ago that look like fungus. Fins, gills mouth and eating were all ok at that time. I placed the platy in a hospital tank and started pimafix fungal and did not notice much improvement, but it did not get worse. On the third day I started miracyn thinking there was probably an underlying infection. This seemed to work, but by day 8 of pimafix and day 4 of miracyn, the one fungal patch returned. She is not eating well since being transferred (she is used to a 150 gallon heavily planted tank). I started jungle tank buddies for fungus and no change. Water changes are being done. No other fish in my big tank are affected. Is this something else or are there any other aggressive fungal treatments warrented. Any help will be much appreciated
