Funny fish!!

I have 3 espes rasboras and 2 platys in my 10gal at the moment and they are both so funny lol.

The rasboras swim in from of the UGF with the current and then turn around and do it again lol. They also go up and over the thermometer lmao its so funny looking.

My platys allways chase the bubbles from my hagen co2 injector. They swim up and pop the bubbles and follow them thru the tray thingy that hagen provides lol.

What is some funny things your fish do?

Well, my clown loaches always stare at me when I go into my room, begging for food. They almost have little puppy dog eyes...on the other hand, they hate my brother. If he sticks his head in, they all hide. Apparently, when I left them in his care for a week, he entertained himself by running into the room, sticking his face right up to the tank and yelling "HEY FISHIES!!!!". And now he's shocked that they don't like him.

My 2 gold tetras yes only 2, Sponge and Bob love their air stone! Were ever I put them they have to have air bubbles to play in. Somtimes I think they don't eat enough they play so much!

I have some huge red hook silver dollars along with a huge Peru snail and I throw cucumbers slices in every day well one day I was watching the snail eat a slice which is funny in the fist place how he eats it is he just smooshes against it on the side of the tank which is usually at the top of the tank and he only leaves the rine left hehe. Well one day the snail, his name is Pokey lol but he was eating the cucumber and the silver dollar which has no more slices left will go and bump the snail right off of the glass and steal Pokey's slice and I have seen them do this to Pokey a few times they are just hogs lol.

Right after i made this thread i went to feed my fish in 30gal and my pleco was sucking the glass near mid tank and my female dawrf frog was sitting on his head haha!!

Funny became a tragedy one day. I had an oscar who used to swim up and pop the hood door open everytime I came into the room begging for food. I would then usually feed him and he was so tame that he often took the food right out of my fingers and he would be happy until the next time. This went on for over a year and I always thought how smart and amusing this was. Well, one morning I came into the room and noticed the hood was popped open and Iwent to go feed like always except no oscar???? I was kind of perplexed for a few seconds and started looking around the floor with no luck. I kept the search on and expanded it further and further away from the tank until I finally found poor, old, dried up oscar about 20 feet away from the tank. RIP

That was the last oscar I had. I switched to a community type tank and these smaller fish don't quite have the same personnality as oscar but they cannot knock the lid open either.

the other day a piece of flake food got caught up in an eddy from the HOB filter. it just spun around and around. the danios caught sight of it. and of course they always act like they are starving...
one by one each of them swam into the filter current and tried to reach the food. they actually seemed to be waiting in line to try it. i figured it was a good workout for them.

LOL that's not cool!!! You all have funny stories about you'r fish, but not me my fish are boring lol let me tell you about them..

My betta tank the worst and funniest thign that happened was a female jumped out of the tnak and dried up, not very funny, but it's okay i guess she ruined my Male she attacked him!!!

My puffer tank, hmm.. i think it's funny that the puffers don't eat the ghost shrimp that i put in there for them to eat.


My 20 gallon community tank: Nothign happens in here schooling fish, wandering hatchets, curious angels, hungry pl*cos, hiding cories, active livebearers, rams chasing eachother not much excitment just looks like a city a beautiful one with fast growing lush plants and zaire roto and driftwood that's all LOL nothign very exciting in ym fishtnaks!!!
