OK, i looked into my tank and see my female GBR thats only about an inch hovering over these little blobs, im pretty sure there eggs but not 100%.
The female was guarding them then the male came over and swapped with her. Sometimes they are not guarded at all

Heres a pic:

So are these eggs?
I was really not expecting this as i have only got them into the tank on wednesday and they are only 1inch big?!?!

Wow, i cant belive they have already layed eggs in 3 days of being in the tank.

Is there anything i need to do, but as this is there first spawn they probably wont survive

Oh and yeah i know it is a weird place, i put down a huge flat piece of slate for them to lay on but they obviosly chose not too!!

Thanks Virgo, I would take them out but I want them to learn to get it right and its gonna be abit of a job collecting them off a really fine gravel, I wish they could have been simple and just layed them on the slate.

Do you know how long until they hatch?
And the other female is getting abused by the parents, shall I take her out?

Yeah, take the other female out, let them have a go at being parents. Eggs will hatch in about 48 hours. :D Do any of them seem to be turning white? Hopefully they will get it right the first time. I'd be so jealous, I really want to see the adults rear the fry.

Well I woke up to find only 1 egg left and they are not guarding them. Oh well, im not really that bothered, I knew that they were gonna eat them.

Virgo, The egg that is left is still a orangely color, what color are they meant to be??

Better luck next time for me!

EDIT: all eggs are gone now, im just hoping they get it right next time!! :)

Yeah, that was probably unavoidable, they will learn though. For future refrence, you want to see transparent eggs, white is infertile.

Lonewolfblue said his spawned about every 7-10 days, for my pair, it was 2 weeks after their first batch that they tried again. I just wish the male would have let the female make it to the 3rd batch. :(
