I have a 10 gal tank that has not been completely cycled yet. My amm, trites, and trates are all at good levels. My ph is way high at 7.8-8.4 range. Should I get ph decrease for that? Also, my water is very soft. GH reads 0. I don't know if that's bad or not. If it is, what do I do about it? Kh is high. 180-300 range. Again, I don't know if that's bad. Any info is appreciated.

You might want to re-do the GH test, that result doesn't sound right. Your pH is fine for most fish, as is your KH, there's no need to really worry about those parameters.

Yes, you have fairly high pH, but most fish will be fine with those levels.
