Fantastic photo's! What setting are you using for the shots? I have the Canon PowerShot A620 and it's a decent camera! My only complaint is that it doesn't have a preprogramed setting for a moving target. I'm not elite enough with a cam to set it myself LOL.

It's amazing how much even a ghost shrimp with color up when taken care of.

Yeah, I used macro mode for those. I dropped some shrimp pellets in at the front of the aquarium, and got up close to the glass with the camera. It might help if you use a tripod or something to steady your camera with, when you get in macro or zoom in close the image tends to blur if the camera shakes even a little. I don't have a tripod yet, so I had to take about 40 pictures to get those useable shots.

Oh, also if you're trying to capture moving targets, it helps to change the exposure or ISO speed...faster ISO speed means the shutter closes quicker.

I want to get a tripod sometime but I'm not doing bad as it is. These are my shrimp... not quite as good as Jeffs pics though.

Not eating the leaf itself no. They go over everything just cleaning stuff off. They're great to watch actually with their feeder arms all picking away and passing stuff to the mouth, it's fascinating.
